• External critic ratings are sourced from OMDB (The Open Movie Database)
• Book data is sourced from Open Library

We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

• Content ratings and reviews will be accurate or complete

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uplate Agency LLC, Will It Scare Me, and their operators and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
